These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the Sedàe Limited website. By accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions stated here, please stop using our services.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms apply:

“Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the person accessing or using this website and accepting the Company’s terms.

“The Company,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Sedàe Limited.

“Party” or “Parties” refer to both you (the Client) and the Company.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to provide assistance to you in the most appropriate manner, for the purpose of delivering Sedàe Limited’s stated goods or services, in accordance with New Zealand law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to override your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you are purchasing as a consumer (not for business purposes), you have certain guarantees that cannot be excluded or modified by agreement.

Parts of this website may offer users the opportunity to post and exchange opinions or information (such as product reviews or comments).

Sedàe Limited does not pre-screen, edit, or review content before it appears on the site. The views and opinions expressed in user content are those of the individual author and do not reflect those of Sedàe, its agents, or affiliates.

Sedàe Limited is not responsible for any content posted by users but reserves the right to monitor submissions and remove any material that is offensive, inappropriate, or in breach of these Terms or New Zealand law.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, branding, and layout is the property of Sedàe Limited and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from us.

While we do our best to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing or availability, we will contact you with the option to confirm or cancel your order.

To the extent permitted by law, Sedàe Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other New Zealand legislation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

We offer returns on eligible items within the following timeframes:

– 7 days from delivery for online purchases
– 14 days from purchase for in store purchases

All returns must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued according to that policy.

Please note: Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including sale items, socks, swimwear, and skincare.

We encourage you to review our full Shipping and Returns Policy before completing your purchase.

The prize

One winner will receive Somewhere, At Last, the framed original painting by Mia Sully that shares its name with her collection.

Who can enter

Open to New Zealand residents only.

How to enter

Purchase any full-price piece of clothing at Sedàe, in store or online, between 1–31 October 2026 inclusive. Online purchases must be completed by 11.59pm NZDT on 31 October.

To qualify, you must:

• Follow @sedae.store and @mia_sully on Instagram.
• Be subscribed to Sedàe’s email list. Existing subscribers do not need to sign up again.
• Supply a valid email address with your purchase and provide your Instagram handle so we can verify your entry.

In store: Please give your Instagram handle to our team to add to your customer profile.

Online: Please enter your Instagram handle in the notes section of your cart before checking out.

Entry is automatic with a qualifying purchase unless you tell us you do not wish to enter.

There is one entry per qualifying transaction.

The draw and announcement

One winner will be drawn at random from eligible entries on 2 November 2026. Entry requirements will be verified before the winner is confirmed.

The winner will be contacted on 2 November 2026, using the email address supplied at purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct.

We will also announce the winner on Sedàe’s Instagram, but we will not contact the winner by Instagram message. By entering, you agree that your first name may be included in this announcement.

Receiving the artwork

Collection from Sedàe in Ōrewa is preferred for a local winner. Otherwise, Sedàe will arrange and cover delivery to the winner’s New Zealand address.

The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees not to sell the artwork.

Artwork and intellectual property

The winner receives ownership of the physical artwork only. No copyright, reproduction rights or other intellectual property rights are transferred.

Rights in the artwork, promotional imagery and branding remain with their respective rights holders. Except as permitted by law, the artwork must not be reproduced as prints, merchandise or digital products, or otherwise used commercially, without the relevant rights holder’s prior written permission.

Winning does not grant permission to use Sedàe’s or Mia Sully’s branding or imply their endorsement of any product or business.

Personal information

Information supplied will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact and announce the winner, and arrange collection or delivery, in accordance with Sedàe’s privacy policy.

Entry requires a subscription to Sedàe’s marketing emails. You may unsubscribe at any time. Your entry does not subscribe you to a separate Mia Sully mailing list.
