Placing an Order

Please follow the instructions on our website to place your order. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products and services listed.


Once you place your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email, this means we’ve received your request. Your order is accepted when you receive a Shipping Confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed.


We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion (for example, due to pricing errors or stock availability).


Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once your order is handed to the courier, the risk of loss passes to you, and you’ll be responsible for any claims related to lost or damaged items.

Domestic (NZ)
  • Orders over $300 2-4 business days - Free
  • Orders up to $299 2-4 business days - $10.00
  • Rural* all orders 2-6 business days - $20.00

We do not deliver to rural addresses unless you tick the rural option at checkout.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Australia (via DHL Express)

Standard 2-6 business days $25.00

Rural 2-8 business days $35.00

Rest of the World

Packages will be sent by DHL Express (exclusions apply). Delivery timelines will vary by location. Please contact us for further information.

Returns

We want to make your return process easy and transparent. You can return eligible items for a refund, store credit, or exchange.


You can return items that:

  • Were purchased at full price (not on sale).
  • Are in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Are returned 7 days from delivery for online purchases / within 14 days for in-store purchases.


You cannot return items that:

  • Have been worn, altered, washed, or missing original tags.

Ineligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Socks

  • Swimwear

  • Skincare

  • Jewellery

Items that do not meet the conditions above will be returned to you at your cost.


Exchanges

Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit.

Refunds

  • Card payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original card used at the time of purchase. Once issued, refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Gift cards: Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be returned to the same gift card. Please retain your original gift card and card number, as we are unable to reissue or retrieve lost gift cards. If you no longer have your gift card please contact us.


Faulty Products


We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If an item is faulty:

  • Contact us with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit, as appropriate.

  • We cover return shipping for faulty items.

  • Faults due to improper care or general wear and tear (particularly after 3 months) are not covered.

International returns

For change of mind or sizing:

  • You must arrange and pay for return shipping.

  • Use a tracked service — we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Processing your return

Once received, returns will be inspected within 5 business days. We will then process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

fair use policy

To ensure fairness, customers may return up to 5 items per month.

If your account shows a high volume of returns or exchanges, we may:

  • Limit future returns

  • Remove access to our loyalty program

  • Block future purchases if policy abuse continues

If we notice unusual return behaviour, we will contact you to discuss a fair resolution.

Additional information

  • All orders ship from our sedàe store in Ōrewa, New Zealand.

  • Dispatch may be delayed during sale periods.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanged items.

  • We cannot amend orders once placed — please double-check your shipping details.

  • Pricing is final at time of purchase — we do not offer price adjustments on items that later go on sale.

  • Store credits are valid for 12 months.
